Arrow XL has unveiled 85 new, fully branded vehicles following the completion of the business’s re-branding process.
Gary Broadhurst, fleet and compliance manager at Arrow XL said: "We are hugely excited to unveil the newly branded fleet. These vehicles represent our commitment to the new Arrow XL brand, and we are delighted with the results of the new livery.”
Consisting of 7.5-tonne and 12-tonne MAN rigid trucks, the trucks were chosen specifically for both their size and energy efficiency ratings. Each of the vehicles is equipped with a tailgate, designed to ensure Arrow XL’s two-man crews can properly handle a broad range of heavy and large consumer products. The trucks have a larger cube size which increases payload, and manual gearboxes will improve fuel efficiency and reduce Arrow XL’s overall carbon output as a business.
The new vehicles will be seen on roads across the UK six days a week, as Arrow XL continues to deliver to 6,000 homes a day.
The newly launched fleet is part of an ambitious re-launch plan that includes the opening of a new, state-of-the-art logistics and distribution centre in Wigan, due to be unveiled this summer.
