Delegates will be able to give their views on the charter before it is launched in a bid to get suppliers to sign up to common basic standards based on the demands of fleet managers throughout the country.
The content of the charter was created at the Fleet News Hit for Six conference in September when fleet managers from throughout the country set out their expectations of what makes good service.
The conference, held in association with the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association, will be chaired by TV newsreader Huw Edwards, with Transport Minister Dr Stephen Ladyman giving the keynote speech. Fourteen speakers will be making presentations during the packed agenda, including a new feature called ‘A Blast of Innovation’, in which ideas and innovations are presented for leasing companies to consider.
