A new facility is enabling companies using Jaama’s Key2 fleet management software system to electronically submit expenses and benefit information to HM Revenue and Customs.

Following HMRC approval, both P11D and P46 forms can be completed and submitted online in a single transaction across a secure internet connection, via the Government Gateway - the centralised registration service for e-Government services in the UK.

Jaama managing director Jason Francis said: “The new facility expands Key2’s existing capacity to generate P11D and P46 forms. Key2 users also benefit from the cross-referencing of the HMRC’s guidelines within the application, to assist with the accurate entry of expenses and benefits received by employees.”
