* Salary: Competitive base + Bonus scheme
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (with flexibility where needed)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead our outbound and inbound fleet and driving team to ensure efficiency, compliance, and top-notch service.
* Ensure vehicle inspections, hygiene, maintenance, and damage reporting processes are followed to the highest standards.
* Manage, support, and develop a team of drivers and supervisors, fostering engagement and continuous improvement.
* Oversee driver working hours, investigate infringements, and ensure full compliance with transport regulations.
* Monitor and report key transport KPIs, including vehicle efficiency, VOR logs, driver performance, and maintenance schedules.
* This isn’t just a desk job. You’ll be involved in real-time problem-solving, keeping things moving and making on-the-spot decisions.
What We’re Looking For
* CPC Holder
* O Licence Experience (preferred)
* Experience in a 3PL, pallet network, or general haulage environment is a big plus.
* Ability to manage, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
* You’re proactive, decisive, and ready to take ownership.
* Comfortable using transport systems to manage compliance and operations.
