MOVES to end the present road rage epidemic are to be launched today when the Highways Agency in conjunction with the Polite Society and the RAC stages 'Courtesy on the Road Day'.

Using the message 'keep your cool, keep your distance' it is hoped the event will encourage better manners on the road and endorse the sentiments of the Road User's Charter which aims to get the best out of the existing road network.
