A NEW brochure and video pack explaining the difference between accident management and claims management has been launched by Kudos UK.

The company aims to educate fleet managers that there is no such thing as 'free' accident management or 'free' courtesy cars despite the claims of some accident management firms. Copies of the video and brochure can be obtained from the Kudos customer services centre on 0800 454604.
