KWIK-Fit Fleet has won the Institute of Transport Management's 1997 award for best overall provider to the transport industry. The company, which has been voted Best Fast Fit by the ITM for the past four years, was praised for its customer service, innovation and aftersales service, and judged as offering an unrivalled service.

Patrick Sheedy, of the ITM, said: 'Kwik-Fit Fleet has demonstrated an outstanding ability over the years in all aspects of customer satisfaction and the policies and strategies it has implemented are an integral part of its success. I am sure we won't be the only organisation to recognise this.'
