LEASECONTRACTS' founding managing director Alex D'Adda leaves the fleet and motor industries at the end of the month after 40 years.

D'Adda, who has been a consultant to GE Capital Fleet Services following its acquisition of Leasecontracts, launched the company in 1984 with five colleagues from Interleasing, now part of Cowie Interleasing.
