RENAULT has renewed its solus deal to supply cars for financial services company Scottish Provident's sales force. The agreement involves the supply of 130 vehicles over the next 12 months and follows a successful first year of business between the companies.

Commenting on the deal, Scottish Provident fleet manager Ronnie Cook said Lagunas had shown strong residual values and value for money, while the new Safrane offered executive luxury with a price tag several thousands of pounds cheaper than rival models. Cook is also looking to take on other Renault vehicles, such as the Next Generation Espace which goes on sale in the UK on June 2.
