INTERNET network provider Planet On-Line has taken delivery of 80 Rover cars worth £1.4 million. The vehicles, which include 620ti, 420GSi, 200vi, VVC Coupe and Vitesse Coupe models, were supplied to Planet On-Line - the largest independently-owned Internet network provider in the UK - by Appleyard of Leeds.
The company wanted cars which were more sporty than the average fleet vehicle in order to appeal to its relatively young workforce. They will be used by sales people, engineers and office-based account staff.
