CENDANT Corporation, the American owner of PHH Vehicle Management Services, has completed the £801 million takeover of National Parking Corporation, which owns Green Flag and NCP car parks.

The bid for the company was announced five weeks ago and Swindon-based PHH Vehicle Management Services will now concentrate on how it can cross-market vehicle-related services to Green Flag's members and best utilise the 500-strong NCP car park chain within its portfolio.
