SWAN National has become the first fleet customer for ATS Euromaster's new pan-European fleet service launched this week at the Fleet Motor Show. The Euromaster International Fleet Service (EIFS) enables ATS to provide its fleet customers with on-site tyre and battery servicing at more than 650 Euromaster centres in eight European countries outside the UK - Austria, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Fleets using the service will be issued with EIFS cards, which enable the necessary maintenance to be carried out without the need for on-the-spot payment. Drivers call the EIFS pan-European telephone number, and an operator will answer in the driver's native tongue. The operator will then direct the driver to the nearest Euromaster Centre, advise it on the situation and give it authorisation for the job. Invoices will be billed to ATS Euromaster in the UK at a pre-agreed rate, and charged to the fleet customer at the Sterling equivalent.
