INDEPENDENT Car Auctions (Holdings) has created a team of dedicated national commercial vehicle managers to oversee 'one-stop-shop' van, truck and plant auction services. The new van service will involve seven centres in the network and is the first fruit of an integration process between ICA/CMA and its recent acquisition National Car Auctions.
The service will be under the control of Alex Wright, who has been promoted from a regional to a national role as group commercial manager, based at CMA Wimbledon. He will cover seven auctions houses from the combined network. The new truck and plant service will involve six centres under the guidance of Vic Brailsford, formerly NCA commercial sales manager, who is promoted to group commercial manager, based at NCA Mansfield, covering six centres.
