SWINDON-based PHH Europe has changed its name to Cendant Business Answers (Europe) 18 months after its acquisition by American-brand group Cendant Corporation. While the core fleet and fuel management division retains the name of PHH Vehicle Management - the word Services has been dropped from the company's title - other divisions will be adopting the Cendant name.
Already two new divisions have been launched - Cendant Business Partners, which will lead the development of corporate purchasing solutions particularly through the launch of various card-based schemes with third-party partners and Cendant Claims Plus, which will focus on managing insurance claims also on behalf of third parties.
Remaining under the PHH Vehicle Management umbrella are the company's fleet management, contract hire and AllStar fuel card activities and related issues such as accident management.
