A FLEET of 130 cars has been taken on by Axus UK in its latest sale and leaseback deal. Stevenage-based IFR, a global designer and manufacturer of test and measurement equipment for the cellular radio and telecommunications markets, has sold its 130-strong car fleet to Axus and will now lease back the vehicles.

When they come up for replacement, Axus will supply the new cars on an open user-chooser, contract hire basis. The vehicles are all being offered on a three-year/60,000-mile replacement cycle and as well as full maintenance there will also be a dedicated driver contact telephone number to try to prevent problems arising or to deal with them quickly.
