WIRELESS communications provider RAM Mobile Data has announced a 22% increase in turnover, with gross profits up by a third in the last year.

RAM has also seen continued investment from parent company BellSouth, with a further £7.5 million invested in RAM UK this year. Network traffic has grown by 40% this year.
