THE Peugeot 206 has celebrated its first birthday by becoming the fastest-selling Peugeot of all time. Since its UK launch in November last year, more than 62,000 customers - almost a third of whom were fleet - have bought the vehicle.

That figure is almost double the number of the previous fastest seller, the Peugeot 406. The 206 is built at Peugeot plants in Coventry and France.
