MONDIAL Assistance has created a new fleet management division to provide dedicated support to its motor services business. The new division is headed by Steve Hook, customer vehicle logistics manager, who played a key role in the implementation and development of the Volkswagen emergency assistance service.
Hook will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing the courtesy car services Mondial provides to clients' customers in the event of a breakdown or accident.
He said: 'We are considering several possible service enhancements: for example, we aim to introduce a 'like-for-like' car replacement policy in the next 12 months.'
