VEHICLE damage repair firm Dentmaster has agreed to a £11.4million take-over by Dent Wizard, the Manheim Auctions-owned paintless dent removal service which launched in the UK last month.

The deal, which also includes the acquisition of Flying Colours, Dentmaster's cosmetic trim repair service, provides a ready-made base for Dent Wizard in the UK without the need to invest in massive setting up costs and lengthy training of skilled technicians.

Dent Wizard is planning to retrain Dentmaster's 180 skilled technicians in its repair techniques and use the acquired company as the base for further expansion.
