VOTING forms are being sent to the AA's 4.6 million members on whether they approve of the organisation's proposed £1.1 billion buy-out by Centrica, the company that runs British Gas.

The forms must be returned no later than September 8, ahead of a special general meeting on September 16 at which the AA's future will be decided.
