LDV main dealer Lex Commercials in Wrexham has scooped a contract by email. The sales inquiry came from Illinois-based Northrop Gumman Corporation which wanted a Convoy van for its UK subsidiary NESSI UK.

Sales manager Tony Stephenson said: 'Information about our range was returned by email and after further consultation, again by email, a Convoy was sold to the Northrop Gumman Corporation. Even though bought from the US and the invoice was emailed in US dollars, the van will be used in the UK.'
