Citigroup has successfully completed its acquisition of Associates First Capital Corporation, including its UK leasing subsidiary Associates Fleet Services, in a deal that is likely to herald a change of name.

Details of the new name for the leasing firm are yet to be released, but it is likely to feature the Citi brand name.
