DERBY Express Couriers has installed ICS Black Box's on-board computers to constantly assess drivers' training needs. The deal will eventually lead to the company's 30-vehicle fleet carrying the equipment.

The systems monitor start/stop times and working times along with distance travelled, acceleration and deceleration, engine idling and waiting time. In-cab warnings can be activated if any pre-set limits are approached.
