CLAIMS management group Town and Country Assistance has changed its name to WNS Assistance.

WNS Global Service acquired Town & Country in July 2002. The name change is the final move for the group, which has seen a new managing director appointed and a 100% increase in size.

WNS also operates three offshore centres in western India, New York and London.
