SKODA supplied a fleet of more than 200 cars for the Tour de France, as the race’s official partner.

The gruelling race covers more than 2,000 miles. Skoda has signed a five-year sponsorship deal with the Tour, which includes supplying cars to carry additional bikes for eight of the teams competing in the race.

Lance Armstrong made history this year by collecting the winning ‘yellow jersey’ for the seventh consecutive year. He also announced this would be his last tour.
