CRITICISM has been levelled at nine European countries for not doing enough to reduce the amount of deaths involving drink drivers on their roads.
Spain, Hungary, Slovenia, Finland, the UK, Estonia, Denmark, Switzerland and Lithuania have all have all come under fire from the campaign group European Transport Safety Council (ETSC).
