Describe your role.
I oversee the running of the whole driver training operation.

How is the driver training sector changing at the moment?
There is a greater focus on extending the reach of driver education.

What direction do you feel the fleet industry is moving in?
I’m seeing a significantly greater focus on “eco”, from cars to driver training, as companies seek to reduce their cost base.

What has been DriveTech’s biggest achievement in the sector?
Proactively addressing the issues of people being killed and seriously injured on our roads.

What challenges do you and your company face?
We’re working hard to ensure we proactively look after our people and our customers.

How do you relax at weekends?
I live by the Thames and sometimes it’s just a case of jumping in my boat with a beer and wandering off down the river.
