Citroën Contract Motoring (CCM) has added new products to its range to meet current financial conditions.

Nigel Walker, CCM's national sales manager, said: "Today, business vehicle operators are facing difficult financial conditions.

"As one of the few contract hire companies which is not dependent on outside finance, CCM is best able to offer the range of tailored financial products to suit its customers' business needs."

The offers include Elect3 Pro, which enables businesses to acquire a new Citroën LCV in an affordable, flexible package.

Drivenow Elect3 Pro is a package in which monthly payments are kept to a minimum as the customer only has to finance the actual cost of the vehicle less the deposit paid and the guaranteed future value.

As depreciation is the major part of the cost of financing a vehicle, CCM provides a guaranteed future value based on the length of the agreement and mileage covered.

CCM provides interest rate support as part of the package and, to reduce the amount of deposit required, it also provides deposit support.

The company has also added an insurance product. If the vehicle is an insurance total loss, the customer is required to settle the CCM agreement.

However, the customer's vehicle insurer may offer a settlement figure that is lower than that outstanding on the CCM rental agreement.

If the new Plus option has been selected, all or part of this difference will be waived, minimising the customer's financial liability.

CCM has also introduced a used LCV leasing scheme.

This provides lower cost leasing on nearly new Citroën vans.

The vehicles for this scheme come from Citroën UK sources and are no more than 12 months old.

In addition to including a range of Citroën Ready to Run specialist body vehicles, CCM is now also providing a full range of contract hire and leasing services for Citroën Ready to Run petrol/LPG dual fuel converted Nemo, Berlingo First and New Berlingo vans.
