FMG Support is celebrating receiving national acclaim for its customer service after being named winner of the service award at the Human Capital Awards this week.

Huddersfield-based FMG Support’s entry outperformed submissions from major national brands including Sainsbury’s, Carphone Warehouse, Northern Rail and Aggregate Industries to take the service category, which considers people initiatives delivered by a HR team that have led to a subsequent improvement in the service that customers receive.
