LeasePlan is predicting salary sacrifice will take centre stage in 2010 and intends to launch its own scheme - SalaryPlan - at the start of the year.

Speaking exclusively to Fleet News, LeasePlan’s managing director David Brennan believes the leasing company’s continued focus on service delivery, aligned with a raft of new products, will put it in a strong position when the recession ends.

New products will include insurance and wholelife costing, bolstered by new quotation systems, all of which have been fuelled by £5 million worth of investment.

Brennan said its salary sacrifice product had been developed as a result of growing demand from both the public and private sector.
