Jenna James, client services executive for LeasePlan, has been recognised for her outstanding level of customer service after she received the 2009 FN50 Customer Service Award.

The judges said Jenna has “gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping customers”.

Her manager wrote: “She has made the difference for her customers during one of the most challenging times for all businesses. She always gives 100% to ensure her customers receive a first class service.”

Such was the high calibre of nominations from lease companies that Fleet News recognised three other individuals - Faye Gallagher, customer service advisor at Arval; Graeme Parker, account manager at Lombard Vehicle Management; and, Rachel Robinson, senior customer services executive, Lex Autolease, who were all highly commended.
