Nationwide Autocentres has appointed All Fleet Services to support its customer satisfaction index programme.

AFS will make over 20,000 calls a year to Nationwide customers, and put the information collected through the electronic platform ‘Confirmit’, which analyses data to provide business intelligence.

LeasePlan has also switched its vehicle off road (VOR) call centre function to All Fleet Services (AFS). LeasePlan said it can offer its customers a seamless VOR call centre capability that ensures high levels of service and an efficient use of resources.
