Helphire has sold its wholly owned subsidiary business, E-Register to Loss Management Group Limited for £300,000 to be paid over the next 12 months.

E-Register owns a specialist jewellery registration and claims valuation business.

Helphire managing director, Martin Ward, said: "Helphire’s strategy has become increasingly focused on its core accident management business and, as a result, it has been necessary to find a partner that is better aligned to the needs of E-Register’s business.”
