Taylor Nelson Sofres has appointed CLM Fleet Management to centralise its UK fleet management function, introduce accident management and reduce its fleet operating costs on its fleet of 130 vehicles.

The client fleet is funded via contract hire with full maintenance, and CLM is introducing competitive tendering through a panel of lenders to reduce acquisition costs.

“We are delighted to have been appointed by Taylor Nelson Sofres and will be working closely with them to proactively reduce their fleet costs, improve upon their fleet reporting and enhance the service levels to their drivers,” said CLM managing director Tony Hulatt.

Management of the TNS fleet was previously operated on a de-centralised basis with a variety of offices taking individual fleet decisions.

CLM is now providing a centralised fleet management function aimed at reducing the amount of fleet administration at each of the regions, as well as reducing accident costs through an accident management service.
