Alphabet has signed a three-year deal to supply 200 cars, accident management and daily rental in the UK to Mitel.

The cars are on an open choice policy for drivers, who deal directly with Alphabet via a dedicated helpline.

Mitel's global fleet manager, Mark Brown, will manage the contract from Canada.

He said: “Modern communication, and having a leasing partner that you can trust whilst off line, is the key to being able to award and run fleet contracts over thousands of miles and many time zones.

"Today, many leasing companies have evolved into large monsters who forget the customer service side of doing business and hide behind automated systems and bureaucracy.”
