Macmillan Publishers has appointed CLM to manage its 110-strong UK fleet following the retirement of its long-standing administration and fleet manager, Alan Lewis.

Macmillan, which employs some 7,000 staff in 80 countries worldwide, operates a fleet of 110 cars in the UK.

CLM, who will be working closely with facilities manager, Les Watts, is introducing a series of new fleet management initiatives including driver training, accident management and competitive tendering through its Contract Management solution.

“We are delighted to be working with a leading international business like Macmillan, and to help introduce a number of new management initiatives to the fleet,” said CLM managing director Tony Hulatt.
