There are just days left until entries close for the Fleet Van Awards 2009.

Final entry deadline:
24 July

It has been a tough year and you deserve recognition for your efforts, so enter the Fleet Van Awards today.

These awards are designed to recognise the hard-working fleet operators and suppliers who keep this industry going, ranging from fleet managers to rental companies and manufacturers.

All you have to do is request an entry form using the simply online system on the Fleet Van website and we will do the rest for you. Don’t make the mistake of thinking you haven’t done enough to justify entering. Fleet managers often don’t realise that what they are doing is special because they are concentrating to hard on their work.

A total of 24 categories are up for grabs in this year’s awards.

In the fleet manager categories, we are looking for Van Fleet Manager of the Year – Utilities; Van Fleet Manager of the Year – Delivery/Logistics; Van Fleet Manager of the Year – Public Sector; Van Fleet Manager of the Year – Business and Van Fleet of the Year – Green.

The environment will also be a key factor in the awards for the best vans on the market, with a new award for Best Green Van, alongside traditional categories covering the key weight ranges in the sector.

But the biggest changes are in the Service Awards categories, where a string of new awards have been introduced, including Van Fleet Dealer of the Year and Van Remarketing Initiative of the Year.

There are also chances for companies to show their best initiatives in a range of other disciplines, including leasing, fleet management, rental, safety and technology.

In addition, this year’s Awards will be revealing the Van Service and Repair Company of the Year.

Fleet Van will also be searching for worthy winners of its headline awards, covering Van Fleet of the Year, Van Fleet Service Company of the Year, Van of the Year and Van Manufacturer of the Year. Fleet Van will also be announcing the winner of the prestigious Editor’s Award.

The winners of this year’s awards will be announced during a gala dinner at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham, on the evening of September 16, shortly after the end of the Fleet Van Conference.

Full details of the entry criteria for each award are available on the dedicated event website, which can be found at www.fleetvanevent.com
