UCB has chosen driver training company DriveSense to deliver a training programme for a mix of 120 grey fleet and company car employees.

The biopharmaceutical company outsources its fleet management to Fleet Operations, which was responsible for appointing DriveSense.

With the overall aim of accident prevention, the training focuses on safer driving techniques, but also incorporates an element of ‘green driving’ which is expected to reduce fuel usage by up to 15%.

The one-on-one training sessions are being delivered over a six week period across 16 UK locations.
