Creating a greener, cleaner and safer fleet was his aim and Alan Legge not only achieved this, but was also crowned New Fleet Manager of the Year at the Fleet News awards.

The responsibilities of a modern day fleet manager have never been so demanding, whether it’s ensuring an organisation’s environmental credentials or managing road-related risk.

In simple terms, it can be a minefield for the most experienced of fleet managers and therefore all the more impressive when somebody succeeds who is relatively inexperienced in the role.
