InTouch Marketing has partnered with a user chooser tax calculator to launch its User Chooser Insight (UCI) tool for fleet sales and marketing specialists.
UCI provides an instant insight into what user choosers are interested in by analysing over one million website enquiries per year. Subscribers to the service can see at a glance which brands are attracting the most interest, which models are being compared, and what options are being considered.
Andrew Gerrard, managing partner of InTouch said: ‘The UK fleet industry is well aware of the importance of user choosers in the sales process, but they are a notoriously difficult audience to monitor and target. UCI offers an invaluable window into user chooser buying decisions which will enable fleet professionals to develop their sales and marketing strategy based on accurate information.’
UCI reports are supplied weekly in Excel format, allowing subscribers to manipulate and query the data as required, and can be tailored to provide model baskets of the subscriber’s competitive segment. For a monthly fee, subscribers will receive a weekly brand track and monthly model breakdown reports.
