Tracker’s engineers operate from their own homes and have their own service regions, with the latest version of Paragon managing and optimising the weekly routing and scheduling of all installation jobs, performance and efficiency has improved.

“We have seen a significant performance improvement in the way Paragon helps the service team to schedule installations. The routing performance has increased and we have also been able to automate the allotment for lunch breaks and administration,” says Daren White, senior analyst programmer, Tracker Network.

Paragon integrates with Tracker’s installation booking system and will shortly also take a feed from Tracker's Vehicle Tracking System (Tracker Reporter). Once installation dates are confirmed, the software creates the weekly routes and schedules for the engineers.
