Managed Fleet Services has announced they are now a 24/7 365 days a year in house service, this follows an in-depth review of client’s needs to have access to experienced claims handlers in the “Out of Hours” periods.
Mike Covington of MFS says “that while we have always provided a 24 hour service and have one of the best track records of containing the cost of claims, we have identified that we can achieve even greater savings by ensuring that there are highly skilled claims handlers at the end of the telephone all day and night”.
