ARI has completed its deal to acquire HPI Fleet and Mobility and its related European business entities.
HPI Fleet will now operate in Europe as ARI.
Originally announced in October 2013, the acquisition is part of ARI’s growth plans and follows the company’s recent expansion into the UK and Germany.
ARI’s European operations will now include service delivery to customers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
ARI will manage its continental European operations from its offices in Stuttgart and Frankfurt, Germany, and its UK operations from Chippenham, England.
