ALD Automotive has appointed WNS Assistance for the provision of branded motor claims accident management for existing and new customers.
The contract enables ALD to enhance the end-to-end accident management services offered to its fleet leasing customers, utilising WNS’ proven domain expertise to deliver round-the-clock accident notification and fast, high quality repairs, via a system integrated national network of more than 350 approved repairers.

"In addition, WNS offered ALD the ability to seamlessly integrate detailed, real-time information on repairs in progress into ALD’s innovative threesixty online fleet management portal. Our fleets will now be able to see exactly what is happening to their vehicles throughout the repair process, including all images, engineering reports and correspondence – both viewing information and reporting data for analysis."
