Users of web-based transport booking and reporting system Genesis will soon be able to book cars worldwide.

The software, set up by London Executive, allows users to set and monitor their own bespoke transport usage policy to suit their individual business needs.

It will create a range of automatic alerts triggered when users ‘act out of policy’ and automatically direct bookings to preferred suppliers based on pre-defined criteria.

The software aims to increase the speed and accuracy of online and telephone bookings. Features offered also mean that all client preferences and journey data are stored remotely, allowing an online booking to be made efficiently and swiftly.

Adam Harvey, founder of London Executive, said: “We have been using Genesis for three years now.

“We found it was so successful that other car companies were requesting to use it, this made us recognise how the industry lacked an online booker which also had passenger profiling.

“Genesis is generally only suitable for firms who do a lot of online bookings on a daily basis. It has revolutionised our business, as clients are now able to make multiple bookings in seconds and we receive them directly into our system thus saving time on both sides.”
