Fleet decision-makers have voted Zenith the UK’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for service to customers in 2014.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, who asks an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

Zenith topped the category which recognises service to fleet operators with more than 250 vehicles.

The award was presented to Jonathan Smith, a relationship director from Zenith at a ceremony in Mayfair.

Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye, said: “Zenith’s customer satisfaction ratings have been extremely impressive over the last year.

“All results are based on independent feedback we receive from their customers, making them deserved winners of our award for best customer service to larger fleets.”

Zenith has a range of customer service measures, including its award winning Zenith 360 platform, which carries out comprehensive and independent surveys of its drivers.

Zenith also carries out surveys which benchmark its service levels against other industries on a ‘Net Promoter Score’ basis.

Tim Buchan,  chief executive officer of Zenith, said: “Fleeteye forms one part of our ongoing bid to have the highest service levels within the leasing industry.

"These CSI surveys help us to benchmark our service against competitors and continually evolve our proposition, in line with the market.

"The award represents a commitment to customer service levels across the whole of the Zenith business and we will look to continually improve on these results throughout 2014.”
