Zenith has improved its employees’ reward package, by launching a new flexible benefits platform.

Called ‘Zenith Work:Life’, the new programme is provided by Aviva. Zenith Work:Life is accessed by an online portal, bringing salary and benefits information together in one place and enabling employees to easily view and select from available options.

Zenith’s comprehensive benefits package includes an employee share scheme, a company pension, company cars, private health care, dental insurance, a bike to work scheme and childcare vouchers, amongst others.

Through the programme, employees can opt in and out of benefits online to suit their lifestyle needs. They have access to additional perks such as discounted gym membership, insurance products, shopping discounts and cash back offers. A total reward statement provides a breakdown of the value of benefits. Employees can also track their pension performance through the platform.
