Alphabet has unveiled the Alphabet AI Assistant for fleets with the aim of unlocking cost savings and driving operational efficiency.

The artificial intelligence (AI) tool harnesses the power of over 800 data fields, transforming raw data into intuitive charts and diagrams.

This feature, says Alphabet, will enable fleet managers to query and derive insights from their data, overcoming previous challenges associated with the intricate process of data extraction and interpretation.

Markus Deusing, CEO of Alphabet International, said: “It all starts with a question. Fleet managers can now explore inquiries they couldn’t before, unlocking deeper insights and enhanced control over their fleets.

“Our AI Assistant streamlines this process, delivering more reliable answers with an intuitive approach and within seconds like never before.”

The Alphabet AI Assistant is now available as part of the Fleet Reporting application, accessible via Alphabet's 360 Fleet Portal, which gives fleet managers access to more than 20 integrated applications across all markets.

The integration of Alphabet AI Assistant into the Fleet Reporting system, it says, is another example of how Alphabet is providing customers with cutting-edge tools for today's fast-paced business environment.

With the 360 Fleet Portal, users can access all solutions and service pages with a single login, from the Alphabet Carbon Manager and fleet reporting to rental and ancillary services.
