A new industry alliance has been formed that aims to accelerate the fleet sector's adoption of new technology.

The Auto SaaS Alliance is a partnership between technology companies BetterBe, Drivvn and Imagin Studio.

Peter Brown (pictured), co-founder of the Auto SaaS Alliance, said: “Fleet operators and OEMs stand to gain significantly from this new collaboration.

“The Auto SaaS Alliance seeks to empower businesses with technology that enhances efficiency and agility in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

“All founding companies are at the forefront of automotive e-commerce, with proven success in enhancing user experience, vehicle configuration, real-time pricing, and image solutions.

“By pooling our expertise, we are enabling a new digital operating model that will transform how OEMs and leasing companies operate, reducing time to market and driving increased value.”

The alliance members have worked with several automotive brands, including Toyota, Jaguar Land Rover, Stellantis, Volkswagen, Carwow and Leaseplan.

BetterBe is a Netherlands-based SaaS platform offering real-time search, configuration, and lease calculation solutions for automotive leasing. It serves more than 10 major companies in 20-plus countries.

Headquartered in Amsterdam, Imagin Studio’s AI-powered platform generates customisable car images for automotive businesses in more than 100 countries.

Based in Warwick, Drivvn provides e-commerce solutions through its SaaS platform, enhancing user experiences and boosting sales for 15 brands across 13 countries by optimising the entire customer journey from comparison to finance application.

Brown concluded: “Collaboration is essential to accelerating the speed of technology adoption and unlocking efficiencies for the sector.

“The Alliance is open to other companies if they share the same culture, values and drive to deliver best-in-class experiences powered by SaaS platform technology.”
