And tomorrow at 1pm in the Fleet Strategy & Leadership Theatre, Abdul Chowdhury, head of vehicle policy, Office For Zero Emission Vehicles will deliver a presentation on the Government's roadmap to decarbonisation and how the implications for car, van and truck fleets.
On Wednesday at 11am in the same theatre, executives from the UK's leading leasing companies will engage in an open forum for fleet decision-makers, discussing future trends, current challenges, and new initiatives.
This year’s event will feature a special section specifically aimed at public sector fleet decision-makers. The Public Sector Hub, sponsored by Ayvens, will include seminars, Q&A sessions and roundtables to discuss the unique fleet management complexities and challenges faced by the sector.
There is also plenty on offer to commercial vehicle fleet operators, while many of the 100-plus exhibitors will be offering products and services relevant to the van sector.
Lorna McAtear, head of fleet at National Grid which has a van fleet of 4,500 vans and 260 trucks, and member of the Fleet & Mobility Live Visitor Advisory Board, said: “With so many events in the calendar it can be really hard to work out which ones are relevant to you, especially if you are involved with operating vans.
"Fleet & Mobility Live is one event that does cater to that wider fleet audience and the seminars cover topics relevant to both car and commercial fleet managers. It’s well worth the effort to attend.”
The Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP) has again joined Fleet & Mobility Live as a premium associate partner and will be offering free coffee and fleet management advice to show visitors.
